Part-time Marketing Intern

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and data analysis to drive online sales, enhance customer engagement, and continuously improve our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement our e-commerce strategy in alignment with our business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and industry trends to enhance the customer experience.

• Online Platforms Management: Manage our online platforms, including website E-shop, HKTV MALL, and affiliate platforms. Ensure accurate and complete product listings. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth platform operation. Monitor and optimise platform performance.

• Digital Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales. Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, social media, SEO, and advertising. Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data for optimization. Create engaging content for promotions and advertisements.

• Customer Experience Optimization: Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback. Collaborate with customer service to address inquiries and complaints. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data. Generate reports and present key findings to senior management. Using data insights, identify growth and optimization opportunities.
